Sun, sand and party in Montezuma Costa Rica
I think most people would agree with me that Costa Rica is the perfect place for honeymoons or as a romantic getaway. The combination of pristine beaches, stunning views, lush greenery, awesome landscapes and friendly people have made Costa Rica an irresistible holiday destination. I went for my Costa Rica honeymoon about a couple of years ago and I can tell personally that the place is truly a paradise. You do not want to leave at the end of your trip. That was how my wife and I felt at the end of our 2 weeks honeymoon so we actually did extend it for another week which I felt still wasn’t quite enough but we running out of money. So we have promised one another that we would come back one day and perhaps stay a bit longer. Well that did come true as I have offered a position in a branch office that we just setup in San Jose, Costa Rica. So we will be going there for at least 2 years as my contract for this position is for 2 years but with the option of extending for 3 more years. As it was a new office and setup in the country, I was pretty busy throughout the first 2 months that we were here. However I still got some time off on the weekends and we normally flew over to Montezuma Costa Rica to spend our weekend over there. We just love the town as they have plenty of things to offer such as the beautiful Montezuma beach, great restaurants offering authentic European and local cuisines as well as the nearby national parks and beaches. Montezuma Costa Rica is also a great place to party on the weekend especially at Chico’s bar on the main street of the town. The party will usually spill over to the beach and will last till dawn. We only join the party occasional when we feel like letting our hair down so we would normally opt for a quite evening watching movies at the Sano Banano resort where they have movie session every night.
