A get together that is meant to celebrate the success of a family business

We had organized for families get together during the end of the year because we realized that there were so many people whom we had not seen each other during the year because of the many jobs that we had to do and the family businesses that needed to be run non stop so that they could give out the results that were anticipated. This get together kind of party was just for the family to come and celebrate the success that we had achieved and also be in a position to meet other family members that we only knew their names but not exactly talk to them and find out how we are related to them. I used the phone directory by number service so that I could get in touch with all the people that I had saved their addresses in the family book and then my brother used the uk reverse phone number to find out the family members that I had left out so that he could get in touch with them. It was rather difficult to see the importance of such services because I was sure that all the contacts of the people of our family were saved in that address book in the main house but I was surprised to find that a lot of numbers had changed with locations and so my brother located most of the family members who had moved to new houses through the same services that I was despising. I just hope that the family get together party will be fun and I will meet new people in the family that I have never met before.
