Barristers And Fences

There was this one time when a friend had an idle piece of land. What happened was that that piece of land was given to him by his parents who also got it from his grandparents. It has been idle for years and there were people who would come and spend time there because nobody was using it. Nobody even told the people to stop entering that property. Now that my friend is owner of the land, he has decided to put a fence around it as he is already preparing plans for it. But those teenagers who keep hanging out at the property were surprised to find the fence. So what they did was they cut down the fence and again, entered the property. Such was the story that my friend told the barristers he had consulted. He had also talked to lawyers and there was this one lawyer who had told him to get a second opinion just in case. During such happenings, the first thing that would come to mind is to actually find the perpetrators and then chase them if you can. But that would be too childish and you could only get caught in something that is not that legal and find yourself in trouble. The best move would be to make sure that you do it legally. It could take time and paperwork and money but you definitely can be sure that you are going to do good because you are on the side of the law.
